Establish productivity and labor requirements prior to each program or project based on submitted quotes and plan labor accordingly. Communicate with program or project representatives from Customer as needed. Coordinate daily associate work assignments.                              Monitor associate productivity and make corrections as needed.                            Provide supervisory oversight during the operation of packaging equipment to ensure equipment operates at the maximum efficiency.                                  Perform line clearance and purges as needed.
